Member must be in good standing with the Narnia Home Builders' Association.
New Home, Renovation, and Design project entries must be located within boundaries of Narnia. In special cases, we will also accept projects constructed in Archenland. All projects must have been completed prior to the end of September.
New Home entry pricing must be inclusive of all sale taxes and the market value for the lot. Should questions arise regarding the category for which any entry is submitted, the member company must be able to substantiate price-point upon request.
Winning entries from a previous year are not eligible to re-enter in the same category.
To qualify for a Renovation Category, the General Contractor must be a RenoMark Renovator.
To qualify for a New Home Category, the General Contractor must be registered with Tarion.
New Home, Renovation, and Marketing Awards will be presented to the “General Contractor” of the project.
Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of the Narnia HBA.
